MISSED CLASSES: Group classes are progressive & follow a set schedule with limited capacity. There are no make-up lessons provided for classes that the registrant did not participate in or was unable to attend due to, but not limited to, illness, isolation, neutering, dogs in heat, vacations or prior commitments. 


PAYMENT: A non refundable deposit is required to confirm your registration onto the course. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the course commences. Registrations that are not paid for, in full, do not hold a spot in the class. If your full balance is not paid on time, your space will not be held and will be released to a waiting list.


CANCELLATION POLICY: Dogwarts must be notified at least 14 calendar days before the class begins for any transfers to another course. Transfers to other course dates are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Registrations are not transferable to another class or another dog after the course has commenced or after the 14 days aforementioned. Any transfers or cancellations after this time will result in loss of deposit and a new registration will be required. We are unable to refund enrollment fees after the course has commenced. 




LIABILITY: By registering your dog onto the course you are confirming that your dog has never exhibited aggression towards people or dogs & take full responsibility for your dogs actions within class. Any dogs who present a risk or danger to other class participants or trainers will be removed from classes.

Any breed, type or cross that falls under the Dangerous Dogs Act are sadly not able to attend classes with Dogwarts Dog Training due to our business insurance stipulations. This includes dogs with exemption certificates. 

Dogs in season/heat are unable to attend classes for welfare and safety reasons. Any missed classes or suspension from classes due to any of the above reasons will not result in replacement sessions or refunds. (See ‘MISSED CLASSES’ section above)
